WEDDINGS

 

Please choose the package most suitable to you, and then contact the Chiltern Roadshow for further details.

 

1. The Evening Reception
With this package we arrive and setup after the speeches and toasts. Please note that there will be a delay of upto 1.5 hours from the end of the speeches to the start of the disco, allowing for the tables to be cleared and the disco to be set up. The Chiltern Roadshow will get the show ready as quickly as possible so that we can do the first dance and you can relax and enjoy the rest of the day.

2. The Early Setup
With this package we arrive and setup before you return from the church. As you arrive we will be fully set up and ready to go. During the meal we can provide background music (perhaps some of your favourite songs) and also provide some microphones if you have some quieter speakers.  We can then start the main disco much faster. For smaller venues, we can just supply the background music and microphones, and operate from a very small space. The full disco is then set up after the reception finishes.

3. The Whole Day
With this package we provide everything in 'The Early Setup' (above) however, with this option we act as Master of Ceremonies*. Having met you in advance of your wedding day, we will have discussed the order of events. The Chiltern Roadshow will then co-ordinate the events for you including:

The line up, Grace (If required), Speeches, The Cutting of the Cake

To ensure we get all the details of your day exactly right, we use a wedding running order which we will agree with you in advance. This ensures we get all of the events in the right order at the right time.

We can also bring a little fun to your wedding reception with a 'Bride & Groom' quiz during the courses, with champagne prizes - this may seem an odd thing to do at a wedding....but it really works, and is great fun!

 

 

Other Wedding Details....

The Chiltern Roadshow love doing weddings! You always get a mixture of age groups and therefore you can play a mixture of music from the 50's and 60's to today. 

The bride and groom are the 'organisers' of their wedding day and we work with you to make sure everything goes to plan and that we play the right music at the right time!

For an extra special Wedding Reception, why not try our new DVD Wedding with the latest projection technology we can bring your reception to life, with a huge screen, and your favourite songs. We can also show some of your digital photos or videos taken throughout the day.

*Please note that the Chiltern Roadshow is not a member of the Guild of Toast Masters, and will not be presented in red coat and morning suit
